He's making fun of the media for saying "the I-word" instead of saying "impeachment". He then riffs on an analogy to the word "nigger" and facetiously explains that "media people" should never say the I-word, but it's okay for politicians to say it because it's their word.

@TonyK – Click the "watch on YouTube" link and then change "youtube" in the URL to "youpak". That works in Canada and I'm assuming elsewhere as well.

@Chandra – FWIW, when I do that (having the same problem as Tony), Firefox says the destination is insecure and refuses to link.
