Easy to see how this happened. "For" can mean 'because of" in some constructions.

Machine translation on only the 2nd line 系统故障，请耐心等待; there is no word "for" or "because" but 'system error' 系统故障 is certainly interpretable as object preposed as topic by idiots, er, machines
