Alex Baumans sends a link to a new album Double Negative by the band The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing.
Negative Concord would be a better title, in my opinion.

It is hard to be certain from this youtube clip (slideshow of a buncha still photos of vaguely heavy-metal looking folks over guitar-only audio w/o any vocals or percussion) if "Negative Concord" is the name of the recording artist, but that seems >50% likely imho. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkTXAKZD13o

John Hayter: Thanks, I would have missed that.
Prof. Liberman: Maybe the resolution is that your title is an anticipation of their next album, which we hope won't be subject to much retardation.

Jerry Friedman: It would appear to be.
