Subject: Language & Communication:  Request for Information

Dear Colleagues,

I am reaching out to share a request for information (RFI) that you may be interested in responding to from representatives from the Federal Government’s Interagency Working Group on Language and Communication (IWGLC). The IWGLC serves as part of the internal deliberative process of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy’s National Science and Technology Council (NSTC). The NSTC is the principal means by which the Executive Branch coordinates science and technology policy across the Federal Government. A primary objective of the NSTC is establishing clear national goals for Federal science and technology investments. The purpose of this RFI is to assist the IWGLC in its efforts to further improve coordination and collaboration of research and development (R & D) agendas related to language and communication across the Federal Government.

If this is of interest to you, you can find the RFI here.

Please share this RFI with others that you know in the language and communication research and development community to ensure that we get a representative set of responses.

Thank you.
