I was more taken by this construction: “This is a conspiracy of people working inside the NFL, who all come from organizations that Tom Brady whipped their ass over the last 10 or 15 years.”

It would be strangely formal to say "… who all come from organizations the asses of which were whipped by Tom Brady over the last 10 or 15 years."

"…whose asses Tom Brady has whipped…" seems perfectly fine. Although whupped might be more idiomatic.

Yeah, but "…organizations whose asses were whipped…" wouldn't be. Not that I have a problem with what he originally said.
